July 25th

Dear July,
This morning I woke up at 8:30, pitched an article before 9:00, wrote it by 11:00 and it was published by 1:00. It was a hectic morning. Australia won the Quidditch World Cup overnight and it is a long-held dream of mine to write a serious article about quidditch. But also do you know how hard it is to get comments and info from people when it is the middle of the night where they are and also they just won a major sporting title? It is hard. Luckily I did my groundwork within the quidditch community years ago and it paid off. It was exhilarating to get something (that I wanted to write so much) from start to finish in such a short space of time.
In the afternoon, I organised my tax. Sent my tax off to the tax person. Skyped with my friend Katie and had some serious business discussions. Wrote some things. Played some Just Dance. Did some life admin. Made dinner. Watched MasterChef. Was very stressed while watching MasterChef.
It was a strange day that managed to both very intense and very ordinary. Anyway, read this thing I wrote about quidditch.
