The Fourth Annual Readers Survey

It’s that time of year again! The Fourth (can you believe it) Annual Adventures in TV-Land Readers Survey. This year I’ve tried to make the survey as quick, concise and to-the-point as possible, so it shouldn’t take you more than a couple of minutes to fill out. Plus, there’s less compulsory questions than ever before! Hurrah! Responses will be open for a good month or so but get in quick because something something just do it. And if you need any more convincing, here’s two great reasons to do the survey:
The survey matters
If you’re one of those people who don’t think anyone cares about surveys, let me assure you that I care very deeply about this survey and I take the responses very seriously. Honestly, I wouldn’t keep doing it if it didn’t make a real difference to the blog.
Every year, this survey reminds me that I’m not speaking to an endless void. Mysterious readers surface and I get warm fuzzy feelings from meeting some of the people who read this blog but don’t interact with it.
In addition, when I sit down and look at this blog at the beginning of every new year, the feedback from the survey is the primarily thing I look to. I introduced pictures to illustrate posts after the first annual survey. I try and blog more about the things that you want to read about and I reduce the things which are less popular.
The survey matters. I promise. And more importantly:
There are prizes!
This year there are two rewards for completing the survey. Because I love you.

One person will win a digital musical comedy pack! I will handpick a selection of comedy albums and deliver them straight to your inbox (and maybe iTunes account, if you have one). I can’t tell you exactly what the pack will contain yet (because I haven’t 100% decided) but I can guarantee the quality and awesomeness of the pack’s contents.
In late January, I’ll be driving from Newcastle down to Melbourne in a car laden with belongings. As thanks for completing the survey, I would love to send you a postcard from some town along this route. Mail! Lame postcards! Fun!
If you’d prefer not to give out your mailing address (which is fine), I can provide you with a digital postcard instead.
Helpful links!
There’s a few questions in the survey for which these links might be helpful.
Survey time!
Either you can complete the survey via the embedded form below or click here.

Next week is my annual week off for Christmas so there shall be no blog. I’d like to wish you all a very happiness Christmas, New Year and all that jazz. I hope you have a really nice time with your family and the weather is excellent. May your life be full of  champagne, huge quantities of cheese and great books.
Thanks for reading my blog. You are the reason I spend my Sundays writing it.
